Our Client is an operator of an interactive video platform for VFX and Film/TV Production. The platform provides real time interaction between the artist and customers as well as remote communication through SMS, notifications and through images and video.

OBJECTIVES
Develop and implement a state-of-the-art contextual AI system
to enhance chat commentary experiences for live streams and video-on-demand (VOD) platforms, positioning the Customer as an industry leader and driving revenue growth in a Proof-of-Concept environment
