Development stage
Creating specifications, consulting with a client’s business department, forming development team, migration itself, ensuring that the transferred data wouldn’t affect the company’s processes.

Testing
User testing on a test environment, 1-10-100-1000 times iteratively, evaluating application performance. A team of Pega experts complete the manual migration steps on components that can’t be automatically migrated. In case of any critical issues, it is possible to roll back to the old version/old data and repeat the iteration again, correcting the errors.
OUR APPROACH
We move in close partnership/communication with our clients, continuously rolling out necessary changes. Not all data is usually required for migration, so we work a lot with the client’s internal stakeholders who know well the business processes.
